Privacy policy
This is an informational website. It sets no cookies, does not measure its visitors and embeds no third-party content. What follows describes only what actually happens.
Data controller
The controller for the processing of personal data within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is:
Editha Lucy Peña PérezJägerstraße 1878532 TuttlingenGermanyServer logs
When a page is opened, the server automatically records the data that every browser sends with the request:
- the IP address of the requesting device
- the date and time of the request
- the specific address requested
- the browser and operating system reported
- the page you arrived from, if any
This data serves to deliver the page and to keep the service stable and secure. The legal basis is legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. It is not used to identify anyone and is not combined with other sources.
Delivery via Cloudflare
The site is delivered through Cloudflare, which acts as a technical intermediary and processor. In order to serve the page and to fend off attacks, Cloudflare processes the IP address of the person visiting.
Typefaces
The typefaces are served from this domain itself: they are downloaded when the site is built and hosted here. Visiting the site therefore sends no request and no IP address to Google.
No cookies, no analytics
This site sets no cookies, uses no browser storage and embeds no analytics, tracking pixels or social media buttons. There is nothing to consent to, which is why you will not see a cookie banner.
Forms
The email field in the gift section is deliberately disabled and sends nothing anywhere. No form on the site is active yet, so no voluntarily provided data is collected today.
Your rights
In respect of personal data concerning you, you may exercise the following rights at any time by writing to the contact address given above:
- access to the data processed about you (Article 15)
- rectification of inaccurate data (Article 16)
- erasure (Article 17)
- restriction of processing (Article 18)
- data portability (Article 20)
- objection to processing based on legitimate interests (Article 21)
